Founder
Robert Frances holds a Bachelor`s degree in Commerce and Administration, as well as an MBA from Concordia University. Having gained expertise as a Financial Planner and Advisor with the Investor Group and ʺGroupe de planification financière DPMʺ, Robert Frances founded his own company, PEAK Financial Services in 1990.
Two years later, PEAK Investment Services is founded. In 1998, while the two companies were gaining momentum, Robert pursued the expansion by establishing PEAK Insurance Services and more recently, PEAK Securities.
Very involved in the financial industry, Robert Frances sat on the Board of Directors of l’Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, financial planning division, from 1993 to 1997.
Since 1996, he has been Secretary for ʺl’Association des courtiers multidisciplinaires du Québecʺ and also sits on the Board of Directors of Financial Advisors Association of Canada. Robert Frances is also very active with the Investment Funds Institute of Canada, with the Investment Dealers Association Ethics Course Steering Group and the Concordia University Commerce and Administration Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Capital and Contingency Standards Reforms Committee.
Recognized as one of the 40 highest-performing Canadian leaders under 40 by the Financial Post Magazine in 1997, Robert Frances enjoys a solid reputation as an experienced guide and builder.
